Summary
After deliberating on the advice of the members of the council of war, and receiving intelligence reports from scouts and spies, the governor decides to send a sizeable contingent of soldiers, consisting of both Spaniards and natives, against the Apaches de Navajo, to punish them for their raid in San Yldephonsso.
