Description
A tall beautiful orchid, Lissochilus, grows everywhere here and produces fine large corm or tuber. It is a beautiful pink-lavender - or may be lighter in color. The 'lip' or standard marked with brown. A handsome flower and should prove popular in cultivation. I am trying hard to get corms through to the States. [Shantz travel journal, Nov. 29, 1919]
