Summary
Seeking extra supplies of corn for the presidios of Bexar and la Bahia and to aid friendly Indians the governor has sought use of mission stockpiles and offered to pay more for it. The mission president issues Bando forbidding this but governor says the need of the times makes it imperative to act, and it will be legal. (R. Davis) (1980)
