Summary
Cabello gives permission for cattle to be exported and sets down the terms. Flores asks that Cabello reconsider the amount and types of cattle that he may export. Cabello allows the number exported to be 1/3 of each- bulls, cows, novillos (Young bulls). A Series of documents concerning taxing, ajudging value, etc. Of the cattle are included. (D. Coates) (1979)
