Concerns mission affairs at Baserac, including Simon de Arzeo's attempts to found a hacienda de fundicion, transfer of padre Ignacio de Arzeo to Chiguagua etc. Rapicani pleads with Escobar to stop transferring him from one mission to another because he never has time to properly learn the different Indian languages.
