Summary
Series of documents identified with number 12 in the beginning of the expediente. Contains the conclusions of the fiscales in the accusation made by Arredondo against the way the Obispo Valdes is administering the Hospital. There were suspicions that Valdes was mishandling the money of the cabecilla Ximenez; the documents of expediente number 13 deal with the military compensation of Rosales.
