A letter concerning Manuel de Villaverde's impersonation as a teniente and his misbehaviour in taking a group of soldiers to Mexico without permission, some notes on financial and administrative matters, a letter announcing that Joseph Carlos de Aguero is on his way to replace Mendoza.
