Summary
Concerns administrative correspondence. Notice of 1700 shot guns received in Veracruz. Passports given to official to travel to Potosi. Request for weapons (such as pistols, and carabines). Notice about desertions, casualties and combatants of the piquete de dragones de Mexico. (chart and list of soldiers See ff. 236-237). Request for military replacement of desertors and soldiers killed in combat. Laso, asks for his salary. (list of weapons in ff. 248). Pardon to soldiers who deserted is given due to need of people in P.I. (M. Marroquin, October 1988)
