Series of documents dealing with factors for terminating performance of this merchant. Several military officials complain that prices were too high, and merchandise of poor quality. In letter of June 18, 1790 Guizarnotegui defends his actions and requests renewal of contract. Also discussion between viceroy and several civil and military officials on negative effects of having only one person provide for needs of presidios. (J. Tapia, September, 1987)
