The acquisitioning of medals to be given to indians from the casa de moneda and reimbursement for the cost of the medals, correspondence covers from 1805-1807; letter from Salcedo discussing the minting of the medals; total requested were 100 medals; folios 338 and 339 are partial documents only; folios the possession of balerdi which once belonged to the abolished ways and means of militias; the sum was a product of the contributions of various people and therefore now belong to the real hacienda; matter has been taken up by the real tribunal y audiencia de la contaduria mayor; folio 335 says only Sonora; folio 0346 concerns the naming of ramos to alcalde for the santa hermandad in the jurisdiction of gualican; folio 0347 concerns the complaint of saenz rico's sister in law that he does not support his children in Mexico, decision made to deduct 40 pesos monthly from his salary towards this end; folio 0347 covers an expediente dealing with military promotions (no names mentioned); folio 0349 concerns the termination of position of contador de menores filled by vazquez Franco with correspondence telling him of his rights and privileges; folios 0350-0351 outline expediente that deals with why tributes were not collected from rosario. Summary
Ugalde gives Vidal de Lorca responsibility for use of troops, villagers in maintaining peace in province. Series of Indian attacks begins after attack by Tanambres. Vidal de Lorca gives deaths, injury statistics; states Tanambres have returned to mission at Lleres. He highlights some of murgiers' expedition in Sierra de Tamaulipa, that Pasitas and Zaraquayes have sent Capitancillos to ratify peace. In return for cease to hostilities, Vidal de Lorca grants food supplies to Indians, at expense of Guemes mission. Discusses establishment of piquete Volante to monitor activities of Indians that have returned to missions and settlements, as villagers know which Indians have committed last Series of crimes. Once caught they should be hanged in public place. (O. Velez, March 1990)

Summary
Concerns conflict of authority between military officials; woman is kept in captivity; Indians complain of mistreatment by Munoz and ask for his removal so problems between Indians and Spaniards will stop; very detailed narration of Indians being killed by government troops who went in their pursuit, indio Tomas is interrogated under oath, he describes how Indians survived and attacked the Spaniards; Indian prisoner gives account of how Indians planned attack against Spaniards, some Indian nations colluded to attack Spaniards in conjunction and trade items among themselves; report on Indian child being interrogated by Spaniard (text of the interrogation is included); diaries of the pursuit of Indians is sent to the viceroy, chart about the final result of the campaign is included here, chart shows number of Indians and soldiers who were killed in combat, ammunition, weapons used, horses, mules etc.; governor certifies the public exhibition of genitals and limbs of Indians killed in combat during campaign; letter is sent to the viceroy praising heroic action of captain Bustamante against Indian rebels in Palo Blanco; chart showing the general military status of San Antonio de Bexar, chart includes list of military officials and soldiers, horses, mules and different kinds of weapons; statistical chart showing population of the pueblos of Nuevo Santander, its missions and population in every city and town; complete review is carried out of the presidios of the province of Nuevo Santander, report about the visita is sent to the viceroy, report takes into account physical aspects, military conditions, troop's health situation, description of the valleys, rivers and strategic position of presidios.
