San Antonio de Bejar; San Fernando. June 17, 1750-January 15, 1751. 135p. Letter. Informe. Auto. Ecriptos. Original. Signed. Copy.
Summary
The suit revolves around questionable actions done by Rodriguez while in the post of regido de cano in San Fernando. Mederos was relived of his post as a result of his actions. While mainly legal, there is scant references to trade within the region, law regarding the bearing of arms, and another suit against a scandalous priest. Rodriguez had abused his authority on several occasions. (M. Bowman) (1980)
