Concerns Series of reports on military negligence in defending haciendas and presidios. Indians have been able to inflict terror among people of the provinces. Concerns Series of letters praising Tapia and his soldiers for very heroic action against Indians. List of soldiers provided. Indians attacked convoy of 20 soldiers on their way to Janos.
