Investigation concerning land dispute involving Gallo presidio. Capitan lezaola contends Sebastian Nunez donated Arroyo de Naicha land to Gallo presidio for use as pasture for horse herd. Related documents #24, pp.107-201, concerning litigation between Senora Juana de Ugarte and capitan Leizaola over disputed land. Lawsuit drags on until 1748. Also, #33,pp.245-46, 1759. (T.
