Summary
A Bando ordering all inhabitants of New Mexico, Spaniards, Castas, and Indians, to acquire weapons if they do not have any. If they cannot afford firearms, then a bow and twenty-five arrows can be substituted. de Anza imposed a time limit of two Months, at which time all those who had not complied would received two months in jail.
