Documents concerning Diego Franco's attempts to denounce as abandoned San Francisco mine belonging to deceased Diego de Maturana. Includes documents concerning mining accident in 1709 which killed 2 laborers, injured 4 others. Maturana's heirs Argue that mine placed under embargo after accident and therefore couldn't be worked. Shortly after Franco award possession of mine, his servants attacked by Indian, Mulatto servants of several other men. (T. Sheridan) (1976)
