Summary
Bucareli concedes a year of tax-exemption to pueblos around Culiacan's Jurisdiccion which were affected by floodings. This section includes an incomplete number of clauses and dispositions concerning land tenure. Each clause specifies measures, dimensions, and location of lands to be given to the Indians. The lands to be given are placed in provincias de Culiacan, along Hiaqui, el Fuerte and Mayo rivers. Copies of documents concerning notification of receipt of autos dealing with the floods which occurred in Culiacan and the tax-exempt policies to be applied to the Hiaqui and Mayo Indians, and land tenure policies.
