Summary
Series of letters concerning apprehension of Anglo-american in Bexar. Upon interrogation, Spaniards conclude that prisoner suffers from dementia. Viceroy relays to Texas orders from king that all Anglo-american prisoners held for suspected collaboration with rebels be released. However, those Charged with murder or robbery shall be retained.
