Letters concerning fragata San Joseph y las Animas in port at Acapulco, requesting permission for return voyage to San Blas where crew may be paid. Port authority refuses departure until count of crew is reported. Quimper apparently is unsure of number of sailors returning with him as some have left Blanco, others are ill, awaiting permission to leave later.
