Sending original autos to governor Fages, lieutenant Diego Gonzales of San Diego brings forth criminal case against Yepes for having wounded 27-year-old cabin Boy Bueno of the frigate favorita. Includes Gonzales' interrogations of Bueno, Juan Antonio Gonzales, Segura, Morales, Vega, Otondo and Yepes. Includes certification by surgeons Carbajal and Comamalle of treatment of 5 wounds and medically specific locations of wounds. Yepes' punishment (issued by Navarro) is to work with rations but without salary for 6 years with his feet shackled- in public works. (J. Hiller, December 1988)
