Request for establishment of a military Hospital in el Valle de Santa Rosa, Coahuila. Petition for a surgeon, Sangrador and Boticario. Discussion over salary and travel advances for new doctor and pharmacist. Includes correspondences supporting arguments on salaries and payment of travel advances. Seems Jaime Gursa accepted travel advance for trip from Veracruz to Coahuila but had not shown up yet. Real hacienda makes effort to reclaim money. (T. Cederstrom, October 1986).
